The project examples illustrate AI use cases. They are neither a guarantee of results nor a contractual offer. The scope and the conditions of a service are defined during the exchanges about your project.

What you send us
The project form collects the information you enter about your company, your professional contact details and your needs. The phone number is optional. The required fields are indicated in the form; without the necessary contact details, we cannot reply to you.
Avoid including sensitive data, passwords or personal information about third parties in your project description.
Why this data is used
This information is used to examine your request, reply to you and prepare the exchanges about a possible service. The agreement requested in the form covers the processing of your request, not a subscription to a newsletter.
You can withdraw this agreement by writing to contact@ac-creation.com. Withdrawing it may prevent us from continuing the exchanges, without calling into question the processing already carried out on the basis of your agreement.
Who is involved
Your request is intended for the people at AC-Création responsible for following it up. The sending is routed through an n8n automation tool used by AC-Création to process requests.
The technical services for delivery, server and email may process the information needed for their operation. Cloudflare in particular processes connection data to route and protect access. Its policy describes its processing and the possible international transfers; the use of this service does not mean that all data stays in France.
Retention
The retention period depends on how your request is followed up: examination of the project, exchanges and the possible preparation of a service. Information that is no longer necessary for these purposes must be deleted. If a contract is concluded, certain items fall under the retention periods imposed by the applicable legal obligations.
Your rights and how to contact us
You can request access to your data, its rectification, its deletion or the limitation of its processing. Under the conditions set by the regulations, you can also exercise a right to portability or to object.
For a question or a request concerning your data: contact@ac-creation.com. State the address you used to contact us and your request, without sending an identity document unprompted.
You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL).
Navigation, cookies and external resources
The site includes no advertising tracker and no audience measurement tool in its pages. The fonts and interface resources are served by the site. The form does not save your contact details in the browser's local storage.
Cloudflare may use technical security mechanisms depending on the configuration of the service. Links to external sites do not load their content into this page: their own rules apply when you consult them.
