Your professions

Your AI, by profession: one precise job to hand over to it.

Prepare a file, follow up your customers, review quotes, screen applications, check information: each AI we install does one precise job — the one that takes up your time. We set it up with the people who do that work today.

What it is, what it is not

It is not a chat bubble. It is an AI that does a job.

A conversational AI waits for your questions and answers. "Your customer follow-up AI", on the other hand, knows what it is for: when a message arrives, it reads it, classifies it, prepares the reply or passes it to the right person.

It can talk with you when that is useful, but that is not its role. Its role is the agreed job: the steps, the documents it is allowed to look at, what it prepares on its own and what it submits to you.

We are not trying to automate everything. Sometimes a simple rule in a spreadsheet or a team habit is enough. We tell you so.

The gallery of roles

Your AI [profession]: name the job, we install it.

Here are the roles most often asked for. Each describes a concrete job, not a technology. Several roles can coexist, each in its place.

Your AI that prepares your files

It gathers the pieces, reviews the documents and drafts a first version from your templates. You receive a file ready for review, instead of a blank page.

Your monitoring AI

It watches what matters to you — sector news, rules that change, what competitors are doing — and sends you a clear brief. You keep the time to decide instead of spending it looking for the information.

Your customer follow-up AI

It follows incoming requests, prepares answers to the recurring questions, flags the follow-ups to be made and prepares your exchanges before a meeting. Nothing goes out without your agreement when it affects your customer relationship.

Your AI for helping prepare quotes

It reads the customer request, spots the missing information, retrieves the pricing elements and prepares the outline of the quote. The craftsman or the salesperson keeps control of the price and of the promise made to the customer.

Your AI for screening applications

It reads the applications received, matches them against the job criteria and prepares a sheet per candidate, with the points to go deeper on. The recruiter decides who is called in; the AI does not turn anyone down on its own.

Your AI for checking information

It cross-checks what you read or write against authorised sources, flags contradictions and prepares a verification note. A person decides what may be published or used.

Depending on your profession

The same roles, applied to your sector's work.

These combinations are examples of possible uses. We choose with you the role, or the roles, that will save you the most time.

Crafts

Your AI for helping prepare quotes, to answer requests faster; your customer follow-up AI, for follow-ups and the jobs to keep an eye on; your monitoring AI, for the rules of the trade.

Retail

Your customer follow-up AI, for messages and returns; your monitoring AI, for prices and reviews; your AI that prepares your files, for product sheets and communications.

Professional firm

Your AI that prepares your files before each meeting; your AI for checking information, to check what you quote; your AI for screening applications, for recruitment agencies.

Small and medium-sized company

Your monitoring AI, to follow your market; your customer follow-up AI, for the sales team; your AI that prepares your files, for meetings, minutes and responses to calls for tender.

Industry

Your AI for checking information, for your technical documents and data; your monitoring AI, for standards; your AI for screening applications, when applications arrive in numbers; your AI that prepares your tender files.

Deliverables

An AI tested with you and a working method written down plainly.

The proposal states the job covered, the tools connected and what will count as proof that "this is good". What we observe during the trial determines what goes live.

A bounded job

What triggers the AI, what it must produce, what it does not touch and who validates. Doubtful cases are sent back to a person, not guessed.

Defined rules and access rights

The way your AI works, the documents it may consult and what it is allowed to do in your tools. Reading and modifying are two different things.

Trials reviewed with your team

Common cases, tricky cases, and the results observed. We check the content produced, the actions taken in your tools and the respect of the steps where you give your agreement.

Documentation to operate it

The configuration, what the AI depends on, its known limits and the monitoring, stop and recovery procedures. Handover to a referent is planned according to the agreed scope.

Prepare the teams to take over

Human validation

Decide what your AI does on its own.

Reading a document, preparing a draft and sending a message do not have the same consequences. We agree on the steps that need your agreement and on the situations that go up to an owner.

Important actions must be traceable. If information is missing, if a tool does not answer or if the request steps outside the agreed role, your AI stops and the team takes back over.

Your AI can be wrong. The trials limit the risks; they do not guarantee the absence of error. For sensitive uses, a review by the business — and in some cases by the legal side — is essential before go-live.

Practical questions

Data, tools and monitoring.

Do you have to teach it your trade?

No. Your AI relies on your documents and your tools, not on a long prior training. We define what it may consult and how that gets updated. More detailed work on its behaviour is only considered if the need justifies it.

Can it work with your usual software?

It depends on the software, its version and the rights you can grant. We check this before we commit. Reading a record is often enough; modifying or sending calls for extra rules.

Who looks after it after go-live?

Your referent or our team, depending on the maintenance agreement. The owner, the help given if there is a problem and the recurring costs are defined in advance. Any change to a document, a tool or a way of working requires the trials to be reviewed.

What job do you want to hand over to it?

Describe today's steps, the tools used and the decisions your team wants to keep. We will talk about it first, before any installation.
